Neserus II is the second largest star in the Neserus ternary system in the Nova Arm.

In-game Description[]

"Neserus II is the second of the 3 stars in the Neserus ternary system. Although it is in a ternary system, Neserus II doesn’t generally appear to most scientists."

Physical Characteristics[]

Neserus II is a mid M-class star in a close binary relationship with Neserus III, but is itself also orbiting around Neserus I. This makes it an interesting star in that it's the secondary in an unconventional ternary system. It's unlikely that Neserus II hosts any planets, as it's simply too close to Neserus III to hold any close enough to it. However, there is a chance that planets could orbit farther out from the two stars, however this is unconfirmed. Neserus II shines a yellowish-orange, a result of its size. Due to this, it's quite a bit brighter than most red dwarves, but is still rather dim.
